Upgrade workspace pins for opendal (0.57.0 -> 0.58.1) and object_store_opendal (0.57.0 -> 0.58.0, latest matching 0.58 line). Adapt Operator construction for the 0.58 API where Operator::new returns a finished operator and no longer requires .finish(). Raise the workspace jiff pin from 0.2.17 to 0.2.28 so cargo minimal-versions can satisfy opendal-core's jiff ^0.2.28. Signed-off-by: Xuanwo <github@xuanwo.io>

Bump Apache OpenDAL to the latest stable 0.58.1 (released 2026-07-31) and keep
