docs: update dify for education benefits and support - #1169

Education workspaces now match the Sandbox plan for AI credits and support: 200 one-time credits for built-in models, documentation and community support only. The account-email FAQ no longer points to support@dify.ai.
Replace 教育折扣 with 教育优惠, the term the zh-Hans console uses (Use education discount → 使用教育优惠), and drop the 以维持折扣 clause the English source does not state.

Education workspaces now match the Sandbox plan for AI credits and support, following a Cloud BU change to education entitlements.
The entitlement terms come from the Cloud BU request and aren't verifiable in code. en, zh, and ja ship together.
