[ponytail] CLI small cuts: transfer maps, deprecated migrate flags #124

Tests: before 132 files / 1744 tests (main at 549ba8f); after 132 files / 1737 tests (merged with origin/main at cdd83db). No tests removed by the PR; the 7-test drop comes from upstream merges between baseline and origin/main.
Done: transfer.ts map/column-table collapse (28 insertions, 44 deletions, one file).
Skipped: migrate flag forwarding (already removed by PR #129 / #115); update.ts re-exports and engram-visualizer.service entry (owned by the #116 branch).Export/import round trip on the real DB matches before and after: 15438 memories, 14978 entities, 57348 relationships, 73 commitments inserted into a fresh DB; stats --json counts equal the source in both runs.
