chore: clean up stale branches

All stale branches in the repository should be revisited for merging or removal, thus also dealing with #121, #122, #134 and #135.

Somewhat related to this, we can close most of the Issues related to GECKO2, if anything for having seen no activity over a long period. For still relevant GECKO2 issues a GECKO2 label can be used (while the GECKO3 label can be phased out).

Thanks for starting the cleanup @edkerk. It looks like @IVANDOMENZAIN is the most knowledgeable person to indicate which of the remaining stale branches can be merged in.

I've deleted the corresponding branches feat/GAMparameters and feat/protModelMultiCsource, thus completing this issue.
