[codex] Add Zihao Huang homepage link

What changed

• Link the Zihao Huang organizer entry to https://worstwoof.github.io/.
• Update the overview frontend contract test to recognize the new homepage and remaining placeholder count.

Validation

• Passed backend.tests.test_frontend_contract.FrontendContractTests.test_overview_places_requested_organizers_after_hero.
• Verified the organizer link in the local desktop and 390px mobile previews; no horizontal overflow or browser console errors.
• The full frontend contract suite still has one pre-existing failure in test_all_pages_share_versioned_local_frontend_assets because the bundled Lucide SHA-256 differs from the test fixture; this change does not touch that asset.
