Newer OpenClaw hosts reject MemSearch’s memory tools because their ownership is missing from the plugin manifest. Capture also reads session identity from the wrong hook argument and can mix workspaces across asynchronous invocations.
Declare the three tool contracts and legacy CLI metadata, preserve each invocation’s workspace, and use public host APIs for SQLite transcript references and session visibility. Use an explicit sessionKey field so host credential redaction preserves the reference returned to the model. Retain bounded JSONL support for older hosts.
Validation: 27 plugin tests; 34 actual SDK, visibility and model-output redaction checks; loader compatibility on OpenClaw 2026.3.11, 2026.3.22 and 2026.10.5; build/package checks. A real OpenClaw 2026.10.5 TUI run with API-key inference and configured OpenAI API summaries passed automatic capture → isolated Milvus Lite indexing → fresh-session memory_search, memory_get and memory_transcript, with the first transcript call returning the original conversation.
Native subprocess summaries can contend with the embedded TUI’s host-state lease; that route is not validated as passing. The documented API-summary configuration is the verified route. No package version change or release is included.
