Can we make wso2carbon user id in docker image between 10000 and 20000

**Description:**
In the current WSO2MI docker, we create a user wso2carbon and set the UID as 832. but we try to deploy it in Choreo using BYOC,  I am getting the following error

```
Ensure USER is set to a value between 10000 and 20000 (Eg. USER 10001)
```

Shall we make the wso2mi docker image with the user whose ID is between 10000 and 20000?
