Closes wmpeng#45 — adds 华为云 Token Plan (Lite / Standard / Pro / Max) covering GLM / Kimi / DeepSeek series. Per-tier ¥59 / ¥149 / ¥399 / ¥799 for 50M / 130M / 380M / 880M monthly tokens. Data-only changes: - plans.json: 4 new Token Plan entries (93 → 97 total) - config.json: bumped header.updateDate / subtitle, new updates entry - README.md: 4 table rows + changelog entry
