Introduce a minimal Metrics interface on the s3proxy backend so an embedder (the Blacksmith FA agent) can count requests that required a request-scoped storage prefix but fell back to the configured prefix. The sink is injected through s3proxy.New and invoked from logMissingRequiredStoragePrefix, keeping this module free of any dependency on the agent. Nil sinks are skipped.
