- Convert all docs, hooks, core library, and tests to Codex-only - context-monitor.md: full rewrite (~/.claude → ~/.codex, config.toml) - USER-GUIDE.md: Opus/Sonnet/Haiku → o3/o4-mini/gpt-4.1-nano - core.cjs: model profiles updated to OpenAI equivalents - gsd-context-monitor.js: removed Gemini fallback - gsd-statusline.js: bridge file claude-ctx → codex-ctx - codex-config.test.cjs: function renames (convertAgentToCodexFormat) - phase.test.cjs: path references ~/.claude → ~/.codex - Port missing upstream install.js functions (installCodexConfig, backupLocalPatches, etc.) - Rename convertClaudeAgentToCodexAgent → convertAgentToCodexFormat - Rename convertClaudeCommandToCodexSkill → convertCommandToCodexSkill - Add E2E sandboxed test (63 assertions, 13 command categories) - Clean CHANGELOG of Gemini/OpenCode-only entries - Bump to v1.24.0
