feat(sensor): apply log lookback to Cline - #88

Summary: Intent: - Bound Cline collection to the configured log lookback. - Avoid dropping otherwise readable tasks when file metadata is unavailable. Changes: - Filter task directories by modification time. - Retain tasks when timestamp lookup fails.

What changed
Cline task collection now honors the configured log-lookback window.
Why
Cline was the remaining parser that ignored the shared lookback setting. Treating a metadata lookup failure as an old task would also silently discard valid activity.
