pallas-config holds config structs for genesis files. Although the data is protocol-specific, the concrete representation of the data as config files is specific to the Haskell node implementation. It makes more sense to hold this structs as part of the larger pallas-hardano crate (which aims to unify anything specific to the Haskell implementation)
