Added VSCode quick pick to allow users to choose whether to overwrite an existing file or create a new file when generating a Python wrapper from a TSP script. Users can also give a new file path if they choose the 'create a new file' optionAlways open save dialog when generating Python wrapper from TSP to choose an existing python file or create a new one in location of choice. If overwriting an existing python file, show confirmation dialog that the file contents will be overwritten.
