Enable Pkl Syntax Highlighting

Would it be possible to add Pkl to the supported languages that have syntax highlighting in CodeListings? The current supported languages are listed here.

Motivation

Presenting easy to read code listings of Pkl configuration in tutorials. For instance, here is a tutorial which shows Pkl configuration files.

I was looking into this as well, and it falls through to a dependency of Highlight.js, which Docc-Render uses to provide syntax highlighting. My notes:

The renderer in DocC uses Highlight.js, so before it could be included - we’d need an extension to Highlight.js that understood and could highlight Pkl content.

I don't have a great sense if that's something that should live in Pkl, here, or be upstreamed to Highlight.js - there's a closed PR in somewhat related territory: github-linguist/linguist#6718

Pkl and Swift share the same grammar for strings. So we can probably borrow what exists for the Swift grammar. Here’s some other grammars that already exist for Pkl:

I think it would great to add Pkl as an officially supported syntax for code listings, although it would be preferable to add support for it in highlight.js directly and use the updated version of highlight.js here so that there is a maximum benefit to the community
