[5.x] CSV import does not work for full urls #161

I imported a CSV file where some lines had a full (external) url (eg. https://www.example.com) as the URL to redirect to, however these redirects could not be imported. All the other urls were imported without any problems.
Manually creating the redirect for the full urls did work.

(the old pattern was always a path, not a full url)
