Research projects related with Glioma (Brain Tumor) pathology images and Neuro-Oncogenomics
An integrative pipeline integrating quantitative features of Glioma (Brain Tumor) Pathology images (WholeSlide-WSI) with core neuro-oncogenomics for GBM/Glioma disease pathogenesis. This pipeline try to associate Quantitative features of WSI images with Neuro-onco genomics by using Deep Learning, Machine Learning techniques and pythonic, javascript tools.
