installation issue

When installing with sudo gem install radiant-reader-extension the available version is 3.0.38 but in instruction is mentioned 3.1.0.

Later on when executing bundle exec rake radiant:extensions:reader:migrate there is error displayed:

undefined method `build_ancestry_from_parent_ids!'

I have this issue as well. Under radiant-reader-extension/db/migrate/20110905194602_group_ancestry.rb there's a line that has Group.build_ancestry_from_parent_ids! I just deleted it. Probably a not the best thing to do, but it fixed the issue.
