The Star History chart is currently broken because the configured data source is no longer reliable under GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the link to use a working alternative so the chart renders correctly again.

The Star History chart in the README is currently broken and not rendering. This updates the chart link to a working provider so the visualisation appears correctly again. No other project docs are affected.
