Replaces hardcoded `namespace: kube-amd-gpu` in the three manifests
with `{{ .Values.namespace }}`. ArgoCD auto-detects the chart via
Chart.yaml; root/values.yaml now passes the namespace via valuesObject
so destination and resource namespaces stay in sync (required for the
ClusterRoleBinding whose subjects[].namespace is part of content, not
overridable by ArgoCD destination).

EAI-6555: parametrize namespace in amd-gpu-operator-config chart
Replaces the explicit .Values.namespace plumbing with .Release.Namespace, which Helm/ArgoCD already sets from the Application's destination.namespace. This matches how amd-gpu-operator itself is parametrized and removes the duplicate namespace value in root/values.yaml.
