Apple approved iPad 0.3.4 build 698 for the public TestFlight group (App Store Connect: IN_BETA_TESTING), so the site now offers it.

  • docs/latest.json: ipad.version 0.3.3 → 0.3.4, ipad.build 364 → 698. scripts/latest_json.py publish --ipad 0.3.4 --build 698 --note … wrote it after checking Apple's approval. The Windows entry and the TestFlight link are unchanged.
  • The iPad popup note: "Keeps the last clear picture after a lost Wi-Fi frame instead of smeared blocks, and comes in 11 languages. Works with Windows 0.3.4 and 0.3.3." (146 characters, under the app's 200 limit)
  • docs/download.html: the TestFlight build line and the feedback form's release tag now read 0.3.4 (698). The Beta page's "stable" button fallback link now points at v0.3.4. docs/script.js already sets that link from latest.json.
  • README.md, SETUP.md, docs/beta-testing.md: the current release is now 0.3.4 for both apps. The README status paragraph lists what 0.3.4 fixes, using the same wording as the Windows note.

Once this merges and the site deploys, iPads on 0.3.3 offer 0.3.4 within 4 hours.

The translated READMEs in i18n/ still name 0.3.3. They need a translated status paragraph, so they follow in a separate PR.

scripts/check-versions.sh passes, and so do scripts/test_latest_json.py and scripts/test_site_i18n.py (46 tests).

Release notes: none

Apple approved build 698 for the public TestFlight group, so latest.json
offers it to iPads with a short note, and the download page, README, setup
guide and beta guide name 0.3.4 as the current release.
