GPU-GMRES requires the following packges:

ITPP and ITPPEX(http://itpp.sourceforge.net/4.3.1/index.html)
UMFPACK, CXSPARSE, UFCONFIG, AMD (http://faculty.cse.tamu.edu/davis/suitesparse.html)
METIS (http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/metis/metis/overview)

Please install these packages and modify the package paths in Makefile
