Win64: installer not respecting user's choice

1. I disagree about providing an exe installer. A plain archive would be more suitable
2. The installer does not respect the selected path. It just stores auxiliary package files there, it installs the actual plugin in C. For NO REASON an installer must do that ! I keep all my plugins in D:/VST/ no matter they are vst2, vst3 or whatever else. Please supply a plain zip so users are free to decide whether to mess up with their system partition or not.
