Using this library to decode h264 parsed from a multipart/x-mixed-replace stream

Hello,
I'm trying to decode h264 parsed from a multipart/x-mixed-replace stream. I've tried parsing out the h264, and then using your decode example to decode it, but it doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions?
