The current implementation only marks ERRORed instances as timed out. This is removes them from fleeting, but keeps them present in OpenStack. With the new implementation the instances gets removed from OpenStack as well.

The current implementation only marks ERRORed instances as timed out. This is removes them from fleeting, but keeps them present in OpenStack.
With the new implementation the instances gets removed from OpenStack as well.
