📦 Setup Instructions
🛠 Requirements
.NET 8 SDK

RabbitMQ server (local or Docker)

Windows OS (for service hosting)

🧪 Run RabbitMQ with Docker (Optional)

⚙️ Run Locally
1. Clone the Repository
