Runtime-green suites and generated-test branches can hide TypeScript contract errors or reuse stale inputs. TestLore now runs the genuine project-local compiler alongside native verification, binds ignored source and installed dependencies across the execution window, and reports failed or incomplete compiler evidence without losing the native case results.
Setup enables the check for an installed SDK and root configuration while preserving explicit choices. The initial profile admits one implementation program and declines references, composite/noCheck programs, external links and other unsupported scope. It grants no test-omission authority.
Source repairs and test-only improvements preserve the initially requested compiler obligation. Typed worktrees copy the admitted dependencies; runtime-green/type-failed candidates cannot become ready. Test improvements actually replay native cases and the compiler after commit. Publication executes the compiler again and rechecks current inputs. Atomic candidate, result and PR-body writes reject linked receipts without overwriting source.
The reproducible observed development benchmark retains five frozen seeded type defects, 10/10 detected fault exposures, zero healthy false positives and 24 unchanged passing native probes; four reference exposures remain unsupported. Native TypeScript detects the same defects. This establishes complementary orchestration and evidence, not novel upstream discovery, learning gains or competitive superiority.
Passed locally: genuine improvement/publication and TypeScript controls, 44 isolated repair/CLI regression checks, 13 integrated root controls, and five new receipt controls on each of Node22/24. Independently reproduced native repair and late CLI receipt aliases previously corrupted branch source; the fixed paths preserve source and any already-confirmed PR facts. Publication tests use temporary bare Git and deterministic GitHub protocol fixtures, not live external PRs or model-quality evidence.
Fresh production-only archive installation exercises the typed improvement CLI and native repairs. All 17 hosted checks passed at eb5a883. The complete hosted native suite passed 1,411 cases across 157 files, with zero failures, skips, cancellations or todos, including actual Chromium and Bun. Independent raw TAP, source-byte and scope reconciliation passed. The production archive has 209 audited committed members and the same SHA-256 on macOS Node22 and Linux Node24; both installed-artifact proofs passed. Earlier unqualified local full attempts and their resource/timing/report-format failures remain retained. npm publication remains a separate ownership/trusted-publishing gate.
