Investigated this live — good news and a caveat.

Good news: it's on the AchieveForms platform, the same family already well-supported in this repo (Lincoln, Bolsover, Dudley, Aberdeen City, and many others use the same authapi/apibroker pattern), so it's a realistic candidate. Confirmed the session endpoint works and traced into the actual form fields.

The caveat: this particular form is unusually elaborate compared to the AchieveForms councils already in the repo. Instead of one straightforward postcode → address → collection-dates flow, it has parallel sets of hidden fields for up to 5 collection slots (c1Types/c1Date/c1DOW through c5...), plus entirely separate "parent" collection fields (c1TypesP through c5...P) and tree-collection-specific fields (treeCollection1-4). Working out which of these are actually populated with real bin data for a given address - and correctly matching each to the right apibroker lookup call and its own lookup id - needs more dedicated live investigation than I have time for in this pass, and I'd rather not ship a scraper for a new council without being confident it's actually correct.

Leaving this open as a genuine, feasible candidate for whoever picks it up next - the platform match and session flow are confirmed working, the remaining work is mapping out which of those field groups correspond to real collections for a live address.

Fixed - Gravesham now accepts a postcode + house number/name, not just a UPRN.

The "unusually complex" fields I flagged earlier (c1Types-c5Types, the "parent" variants, treeCollections) turned out to be dead scaffolding unrelated to a normal domestic bin lookup - a real address only ever populates the single getUpcomingCollections lookup the existing implementation already used. The missing piece was just the address-search step (lookup id 58c855b298b88) to resolve a postcode + house number to a UPRN automatically, matching the flow used by other AchieveForms councils in this repo (Lincoln, Bolsover, Dudley).

Verified live against the example address (2 Biddenden Way, DA13 9DF) via the full BDD suite. Existing UPRN-only configs are unaffected - that path still works unchanged.

Landed in #2220 (the September release PR).
