• Add pipboy trace --sha <sha>, which builds one OpenTelemetry trace of the CI that ran on a commit and can send it straight to an OTLP endpoint such as motel.
• The trace covers Rust CI, frontend, Pip-Boy, publish, and Swift, down to every job and step. Bots such as Claude review and docs sync are left out, and only the newest run of each workflow counts.
• Pip-Boy jobs carry what they measured as span attributes: install sizes per package, hygiene counts, and binary sizes.
• Jobs record how long they waited for a runner.
• It runs locally after CI finishes and uses the GitHub CLI login, so no token needs exporting.
