Summary
Reconcile RivetKit actor stream declarations into Durable Streams subscriptions. Route matching verifies declared actor names, pools, captures, and resolved destinations before delivery. Stacked on trusted gateway delivery #17.
A secured local integration run delivered a named stream wake to a RivetKit actor, which processed the message.
