Support for a lock file

Hello,

I was asking myself as I actively use this package, if you think the way it was written it could support a lock file with the version of the package and the url.
The idea would be to be able to, using a lockfile, fully restore an environment if any packages break when updating (kinda like pixi: documentation).

If yes, how difficult would you access it to be ? If it's not a too arduous task I would be open to implement it eventually.

Implementing a lockfile would require implementing versioning at the backend trait level, which many backends such as pacman don't support. So it would only be feasible but only for a subset of backends. It would be quite a bit of complexity and I'm doubtful if it's worth it.
