This reverts commit 2211262.
This reverts commit 0550bf3. This Github App which requires GEMINI_API_KEY won't run for PR from forked project by default since it may expose GEMINI_API_KEY. Gemini Code Assist [1] will be used instead to help review patches. [1] https://github.com/apps/gemini-code-assist
