CONTRIBUTING.mdalready exists in the repo, but it is the upstreamredhat-developer/rhdh-pluginsversion (~700+ lines covering changesets, plugin migration, npm publishing, etc.) — none of which applies to this playground fork. The fix is to replace its contents with the short, playground-specific version described in the acceptance criteria.Proposed test case
