Persistent save dont save recruits ranks and XP

If you load a persistent save all the people you have recruited are reset to Private 0 XP

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Hire a rifleman from training camp.
Cofrim rank and xp under Manage Recruits
Save the game, and then the game
Check rank and xp under Manage Recruits
