Accessing a health menu for an enemy (or injecting anything into an enemy) should result in being wanted. Without that it allows you to wait until NATO / Gang stop in place, and inject ~2 or 3 morphine and kill them, repeat, and you have free loot

Couldn't reproduce this. When injecting morphine, I did trigger a wanted, and a message 'You have been seen drugging people', as per

Overthrow/addons/overthrow_main/functions/events/fn_healedHandler.sqf

This is like this since 2023. Could it be that you've used some other version of Overthrow that wasn't the community one?

It works in locally hosted environment (e.g. LAN) I got revealed and notified. but when I ran it on my dedicated server we can murder people (wthout being wanted) via injection like this, and we never get wanted or notified. Same mods in both LAN hosted and Dedi environment.

Similiar issue with being stopped for selling drugs. Works in LAN but not in Dedi.

Oh, got it. I only tested via Lan. I THINK someone mentioned dedicated vs Lan problems, but maybe it was on discord some time ago. I'll see if I can do some digging to understand why some things work on LAN only

Very likely due to "reveal" being a local effect. This probably is broken in LAN hosting too (for peers, not the host)
Based on what I remember:

You run up to an officer, you inject via ace interact or health menu. No wanted status/notification and Officer dies. Repeat the process you have indefinite loot.

Un-related to this issue but similiar bugs:
Same thing for drug deals. You get told to halt and they're gonna check you but even if you wait around no one ever shows up (or shoots at you for fleeing)

boat/ferry guy disappearance, I'm not sure what causes it. The first island ferry guy tends to just vanish, I haven't figured out why, or where to. Doesn't seem to happen to the others?

When selling loot with a loot truck at a habor you can spam the button (iirc) and generate pretty much infinite money. Although this works best with large money items and a full truck (that causes "lag") the more you can spam it the better. You can make literally millions of dollars within a minute or so. Often the more you click it the more lag it introduces (until it finally calculates it all)

This is also related, carrying objects doesn't trigger any wanted status, and you can murder cops with physics. (Alternative to injection)
Carry a tire to the police, scroll up to put it around head height. Drop it. Officer takes damage, Repeat until dead then loot.

I would suggest a very small radius <1m or <2m away from police officer to trigger a wanted state to prevent this
