The nightly wheels are not distributed on the canonical Python Packaging Index (PyPI). The most recent change is advocating installation from pypi.org without discriminating between stable and nightly packages. This PR fixes that.

Is there a bit more context on why not? I have installed the nightlies in the past via pypi, I wonder why we don't want to have clear instructions.

I can't find an issue, and there is no PR description unfortunately.

We do not deploy nightlies on PyPI. You can install nightly wheels from the NVIDIA Index if you want to install via pip.

I've updated the PR description to provide more context.

To be extra-clear here for @ncclementi's question, there are three indexes:

This PR fixes a problem where nightly pip installs showed no extra index URL where it should've shown the Anaconda rapidsai-wheels-nightly index.
