Let's showcase the themes

We should come up with a good mix of marks/vcs/files/etc. to showcase themes for. And add images for all the themes to the README.md.

A README.md that automatically displays all the themes would be cool but I'm not sure it's possible. Alternatively we could come up with a gh-pages that automatically showcases all the themes, maybe even go so far as to simulate some of the ranger usage moving/marking/cutting/etc.
