Hi there 👋

  • 🔨 I'm a computational biologist at the University of Chicago, though I work remotely from New Jersey, USA.
  • 🔬 My work is currently focused on microbial ecology, particularly as it relates to the the human gut microbiome.
  • 💻 I mostly use Python and R, though at various times I've worked on projects in Golang, JavaScript/Coffeescript, and PHP.
