What
The server no longer sends product analytics to upstream's PostHog project. The hardcoded project key is removed and T3CODE_TELEMETRY_ENABLED now defaults to false. Events are only sent when the flag is true and T3CODE_POSTHOG_KEY is set to a key you supply.

Why
Every server built from this fork (desktop, npx t3, dev) was sending events to upstream's PostHog by default: boot heartbeat, client connects, thread starts, turn requests and turn completions.

How I verified it

  • vp test run apps/server/src/telemetry/AnalyticsService.test.ts: 6/6 pass. The no-send test now covers three cases: explicitly disabled, nothing configured, and enabled without a key.
  • tsc --noEmit in apps/server: 0 errors.
  • vp lint apps/server/src/telemetry/: only two existing warnings in code this PR doesn't touch.

Risk

  • Expect a merge conflict in AnalyticsService.ts on upstream syncs. Keep this fork's defaults when resolving it.
  • Desktop builds downloaded from upstream's releases still send by default. Setting T3CODE_TELEMETRY_ENABLED=false in the shell stops that.
  • Roll back by reverting this commit.

Drop the upstream PostHog project key and default T3CODE_TELEMETRY_ENABLED to false, so this fork sends no product analytics unless both the flag and a user-supplied T3CODE_POSTHOG_KEY are set.
