feat(personal): deploys skip Macs already on the version - #34

A rerun of the same zip now only installs where it is missing, so the nightly can re-offer the latest build to Macs that were busy or asleep.

Busy or asleep Macs were skipped by the nightly and then never caught up on nights without a new build. The deploy now reports
currentfor hosts already on the zip's version and leaves them alone, so the nightly can re-deploy the latest build every night.
