chore(personal): unattended-safe releases: busy skip, canary deploy, tagged versions - #32

…tagged versions The installer refuses to restart a Mac with agent turns running (exit 3, --force overrides). The deploy installs on studio first as the canary, reports one RESULT line per host, and treats offline Macs as unreachable instead of failed. Builds take the next patch after the latest desktop-v* tag and tag what they ship. t3-mobile-release queues EAS builds with auto-submit when the app changed since the last mobile-* tag.
