Production batch sheets now print exact ordinary decimals by default, so quantities such as 10000 no longer appear as 1E+4. Administrators can enable scientific notation in General Settings. The preference applies consistently to planned/order quantities, material requirements, lot usage, waste, and labor quantities; configured units and stock values are preserved.

Includes the generated settings migration and resource snapshot.

Closes #48.

Validation:

  • GitHub CI passed, including application checks and the SeaweedFS/MinIO storage integration.
  • Full local suite: 442 passed, 1 skipped (existing e2e exclusions).
  • Regression coverage for large/small exact decimal quantities, every sheet section, and saving/reloading both settings states.
  • Ran the app in an isolated local database and saved both settings states through the Codex in-app browser. Downloaded both PDFs from the batch page and rendered/visually inspected them: flour total changes from 1E+4 to 10000, and labor duration from 6E+1 to 60. The in-app PDF viewer itself is blank, so visual PDF inspection used rendered page images.
