Open and in-progress production batches can now be canceled from the batch detail page after confirmation. Cancellation releases order allocations so the quantities return to the planner, without deducting inventory.

Completed batches and batches with recorded consumption are protected. Start/consume actions reject canceled batches, including stale start requests. Also correct the existing consumption-existence check so recorded lot usage is detected.

Closes #47.

Validation:

  • Full local suite: 443 passed, 1 skipped (existing e2e exclusions); formatting passed.
  • GitHub CI passed, including application checks and the SeaweedFS/MinIO storage integration.
  • Domain and LiveView coverage for cancellation, replanning, stock preservation, and invalid transitions.
  • Manually ran the app in an isolated local database using the Codex in-app browser: canceled the seeded Artisan Bread batch, verified the canceled status and removed controls, and confirmed the planner showed its quantities as unbatched again.
