Orders and customer order history now provide explicit edit links. The order form supports fulfillment and payment status changes, removes products while preserving original prices, and the order page offers confirmed deletion. Production-linked orders remain protected from deletion.
Bumps VERSION to 0.7.3 for the patch release. Addresses #44; the issue will be closed after release publication.
Validation: repository formatting check, diff check, and 8 focused order LiveView/domain tests passed on current main.
