Adds a skill for connecting an agent to an existing owner workspace through its single-use invitation. It prefers the runtime's documented connection adapter so credentials, receiving, verification, and the outbox stay together.
A dependency-free fallback helper stores credentials privately and supports scoped email and notes. Completed claims reuse private state; ambiguous claims require a fresh invitation. The guide verifies setup through ordinary email and distinguishes temporary polling from a supervised receiver.
Validation: 11 behavioral tests, skill validation, and syntax checks pass. Adds a Node 22 CI job.
