Verified all four implementations exist in code before re-statusing. - SAFETY_REQUIREMENTS.md: SR-R-03/09/H-03/H-04 Gap -> Satisfied (with evidence + honest residuals); status tally 19/8/11/2 -> 23 Satisfied / 8 Partial / 7 Gap / 2 Residual; top-priority-Gaps list updated (DU-1/2/3/4 closed; DU-5/7 now lead). - TRACEABILITY.md: SR-H-03/H-04 -> Verified, SR-R-03/R-09 -> Partially-verified; headline 70.0% -> 80.0% >=1-test, 37.5% -> 42.5% strict; area table + P0-1..4 marked done. - FMEDA.md: banner on the SFF/DC/PFH roll-up + the MC-4 row noting DU-1/DU-2 mitigations landed post-snapshot, so the PFH (dominated by the now-closed DU-2 clock term) is stale-pessimistic and understates integrity; recompute pending with the real-part firm-up.
