Request secrets as files and link cited files in the adapter - #50

Adopts two T3 capabilities from the 572cf74 contract. The root requests a secret a shell command needs with request_secret delivery "file", and a child that needs one returns BLOCKED. A reply links each file it cites by absolute path, which opens T3's file viewer, and can embed audio. Release 0.11.3.

Adopts the two opportunities listed in #49. Both are T3 capabilities from the

request_secretwithdelivery: "file"(feat(server): request_secret can save a CLI token to a private file pingdotgg/t3code#24809). A new Secrets entry. The root requests a credential that a shell command needs, such as a CLI token, an API key, or a test account password for a verification run, and reads the returned file inside the command. The value stays out of the work dir, briefs, and commits. A child that needs a secret returnsBLOCKED, as for any question, and the root passes the file path in the next brief. T3 deletes the file after 24 hours, so a schedule or automation, such as benny'sBENNY_SLACK_BOT_TOKEN, keeps reading the user's own configuration.Version
0.11.2 to 0.11.3 (patch, because the adapter changed).
