Legacy Ryzen Master branch for Ryzen 4000 Series and earlier. AMD still updates 2.14 (Ryzen 3000-4000) alongside 3.x (AMD.RyzenMaster), and 2.13.1.3097 is the last build for Ryzen 2000 and earlier. Setup.ini caches the wrapper MSI to C:\AMD\RyzenMasterExtraction, but setup.exe fails with error 3 when C:\AMD does not exist, prompts for another location, and exits 1610 when silent. The wrapper MSI reads that fixed path, so the cache folder must stay the same. The vendor setup is a wrapper: it caches its MSI to a fixed C:\AMD\RyzenMasterExtraction path (exit 1610 when C:\AMD is missing, which /b does not fix), admin-extracts itself, starts the real installer asynchronously and aborts with 1602. Selfhost the AMD-signed inner installer instead, which caches under Downloaded Installations, and use its ProductCode/UpgradeCode, which is what ARP shows. The wrapper codes are never registered. Track the 2.14 branch from the Ryzen Master page. mirrorFile (copied unchanged from #2570) uploads amd_ryzen_master_ui_<version>.exe, which scripts/shards-lib/AMD.ts extracts from the vendor setup: ISSetupStream -> wrapper MSI -> 7z. Drop the 2.14.3.5040 manifest so Update Packages creates it and uploads the file; 2.13.1.3097 is frozen and stays. #2581 gives Test R2 credentials, so mirrorFile now uploads whenever credentials exist and only builds-and-fails without them (fork PRs). Back to AMD's setups: 2.13.1.3097 from download.amd.com and 2.14 mirrored from drivers.amd.com by the shard (Referer). SILENT=1 makes the wrapper start the real installer, and its by-design 1602 counts as success. ARP codes stay the inner product's, as the wrapper never registers.
