icetemp

This package investigates the change in temperature at the surface of the Antarctic ice as a function of time. Data from South Pole neutrino experiments were used to develop the model.

Installation

pip install git+https://github.com/phys201/icetemp.git 

This package uses numpy, scipy, pandas, pymc3, and arviz.

Unit Testing

python3 setup.py test
