Summary

Leo's public sites didn't link to each other. This adds a "More from OpenCore" group to the homepage SiteFooter, under the three link columns, with plain followed links to the other 13 OpenCore sites. The list lives in lib/opencore-sites.ts, and every site's repo keeps an identical copy.

 <footer>
   existing footer content
+ More from OpenCore
+ <a href="https://social-sdk.dev">Social SDK TypeScript SDK for social APIs</a>
+ …one link per site, this site's own domain left out
 </footer>

Evidence

Before (production) After (local build)
Before, desktop After, desktop
Before, mobile After, mobile
  • Before: the footer has no links to the other sites.
After: a link check on the dev server's server-rendered / finds all 13 links with the exact hrefs and no nofollow, ugc or sponsored, and the site's own domain is left out. The links are in the server-rendered HTML, not added on the client.
  • pnpm check and pnpm test (10 pass) pass, and pnpm typecheck passes after next typegen. The footer's link classes moved into one LINK_CLASS constant shared by the old columns and the new group.
  • Screenshots at 1440px and 390px with agent-browser.
  • Not checked yet: production. Each site's HTML gets the same link check after deploy.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way. Reverting the commit removes the links.

Blast radius: the footer markup and styles only.

Fixes DCN-49

Note

Add cross-site OpenCore links to footer

  • Adds a shared registry of 14 OpenCore sites with names, descriptions, and origins in opencore-sites.ts, plus an otherOpenCoreSites filter that excludes the current site's URL
  • Adds a responsive "More from OpenCore" section to SiteFooter in site-footer.tsx, rendering one to three link columns depending on viewport width
  • Extracts the repeated footer link class into a module constant and applies it in LinkColumn
  • Behavioral Change: footer now shows links to all registered OpenCore sites except dithercn.dev

Macroscope summarized fc5b988.

Adds a "More from OpenCore" group under the homepage footer columns with
plain followed links to the other OpenCore sites, kept in
lib/opencore-sites.ts.

DCN-49 Link to the other OpenCore sites from the footer

Problem

Leo's public sites don't link to each other. Most backlinks to them are nofollow, and links between our own sites are a cheap way to share authority (social-sdk.dev sits at Ahrefs DR 12, and only 7% of its 609 referring domains pass a followed link).

Goal

The site footer has a small "More from OpenCore" group that links to every other public OpenCore site with a plain, followed link. The group matches the footer's existing style. The list lives in one data file (opencore-sites.ts), which is identical in every repo.

Acceptance criteria

How to verify

Fetch the production homepage HTML and check that the footer contains each href with no nofollow, and that each target returns 200. Screenshot the footer at 1440px and 390px.

Out of scope

  • Other SEO work (autopilot, blog posts), package releases, and DNS changes.

Approvability

Verdict: Approved at fc5b988

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Adds a server-rendered “More from OpenCore” footer section using a static list of external links, while preserving existing footer-link behavior. The impact is limited to presentation, navigation, and intentional SEO linking, with no schema or sensitive runtime changes.
