feat: Run codegen and cut a release for the TypeScript SDK #300

Once the following PRs are merged
open-workflow-specification/specification#1169
open-workflow-specification/specification#1175

The TypeScript SDK needs to be regenerated from the updated definitions and published as a new release.

Proposal(s):

1. Confirm the upstream changes are merged and available.
2. Run codegen.
3. Review the generated diff - check for unexpected breaking changes, type regressions, or noise.
4. Run the build and test suite to confirm the generated output compiles and passes.
5. Update tests if applicable
6. Bump sdk version
